城乡融合型乡村振兴的实践探索、认识思考与对策建议 被引量:2

摘要 推进不同类型乡村振兴是全面落实乡村振兴战略和实现中国式农业现代化的重要途径。在城郊融合类村庄的基础上延伸出的“城乡融合型乡村”,具有独特的内涵、特征和功能价值。作为城乡融合型乡村的典型案例,成都市新津区在城乡要素互通、产业融合、空间重塑、农博引领、共建共治、数字赋能等方面积极探索,城乡融合引领乡村振兴取得显著成效。在此基础上必须进一步深化对城乡融合型乡村振兴的认识并进行理论概括,在实践中应注意政府的参与要适时适度,提高乡村居民的参与度,激发乡村人才和集体经济组织的内生动力,激活资源要素和破解金融困境,着力提高人口双向流动程度等。 Promoting different types of rural revitalization is an important approach to fully implementing the rural revitalization strategy and achieving modernization of Chinese style agriculture.The“urban-rural integrated countryside”extended on the basis of suburban integrated villages has unique connotations,characteristics,and functional values.As a typical case of urban-rural integration in rural areas,Xinjin District of Chengdu actively explores in areas such as urban-rural factor exchange,industrial integration,spatial reshaping,Agricultural Expo guidance,joint construction and governance,and digital empowerment,and has achieved significant results in leading rural revitalization through urban-rural integration.On this basis,it is necessary to further deepen the understanding of urban-rural integrated rural revitalization and summarize it in theory.In practice,government participation should be timely and moderate,and efforts should be made to increase the participation of rural residents,stimulate the endogenous power of rural talents and collective economic organizations,activate resource elements and solve financial difficulties,and improve the degree of two-way population mobility.
