摘要 通过对电解锰渣水洗固化实验研究,考察了水洗液固比、时间、次数等因素对电解锰渣中水溶锰等组元脱除的影响,并进一步研究了固化药剂对电解锰渣中锰的固化效果。结果表明,电解锰渣随水洗液固比增加,可溶锰洗涤率逐渐增加,最高达92.07%;水洗时间超过30 min时,对电解锰渣中Mn^(2+)的脱除率影响不大;随水洗次数增加,滤液中的Mn^(2+)、NH_(3)-N含量逐渐降低;电解锰渣与固化剂作用后,固化液中Mn2+含量可降低至1 mg/L以下,电解锰渣先经水洗预处理再进行固化,可大幅减少固化剂的用量。 Electrolytic manganese slag contains heavy metals,ammonia nitrogen,sulfate and other pollutants,belonging to Class Ⅱ solid waste.If not properly disposed of electrolytic manganese,harmful components will enter the soil and groundwater pollution environment with the leakage liquid.The study was conducted on the water washing and solidification of electrolytic manganese slag,examining the effects of water washing liquid-solid ratio,time,times,etc.on the removal of water-soluble manganese and other components from electrolytic manganese slag.Furthermore,the solidification effect of solidification agents on manganese solidification in electrolytic manganese slag was further studied.The results showed that,as the solid to liquid ratio of electrolytic manganese slag increased,the soluble manganese washing rate gradually increased,reaching a maximum of 92.07%.When the washing time exceeds 30 minutes,it has little effect on the removal rate of Mn^(2+)from electrolytic manganese slag.As the number of washes increases,the content of Mn^(2+)and NH_(3)-N in the filtrate gradually decreases.After the action of electrolytic manganese slag and curing agent,Mn^(2+)content in the curing solution can be reduced to below 1 mg/L.After the curing of electrolytic manganese slag was washed,amount of curing agent can be greatly reduced.
