止血散瘀明目汤与西药联合治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的效果分析

Effect of Styptic Sanyu Mingmu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Non-proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy

目的分析止血散瘀明目汤与西药联合治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,NPDR)的效果。方法选取2022年8月—2023年7月曹县人民医院收治的NPDR患者98例为研究对象,按照随机数表分为对照组和研究组。对照组(49例)采用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,研究组(49例)在其基础上联合止血散瘀明目汤治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、视力指标、糖尿病生存质量特异性量表(Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale,DSQL)评分,以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率为93.88%高于对照组的75.51%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.376,P<0.05)。两组治疗前视力指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗3个月后的视力指标为(0.77±0.14)较对照组的(0.67±0.15)高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.412,P<0.05);研究组DSQL评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义P>0.05)。结论NPDR患者采用止血散瘀明目汤与西药联合治疗能够取得较为理想的效果,进一步提高了视力水平,保障生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of styptic Sanyu Mingmu Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR).Methods From August 2022 to July 2023,98 NPDR patients treated in Caoxian County People's Hospital during this period were selected and grouped according to a random number table.49 patients in the control group were treated with calcium isobenesulfonic acid capsules,and 49 patients in the study group were treated with styptic Sanyu Mingmu Decoction on the basis of it.Clinical efficacy,visual acuity index,diabetes specific quality of life scale(DSQL)score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 93.88%higher in the study group than 75.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.376,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in visual acuity index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the visual acuity index of the study group(0.77±0.14)was higher than that of the control group(0.67±0.15),and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.412,P<0.05).The DSQL score of the study group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Treating NPDR patients with styptic Sanyu Mingmu Decoction combined with Western medicine can achieve a better effect,further improve the level of vision,guarantee the quality of life.
