摘要
目的研究和分析安氏Ⅱ类1分类伴口呼吸患儿实施固定矫治与肌功能研究中心(myofunctinal research center,MRC)矫治器对其疗效的影响。方法选取2018年11月—2023年7月于西宁市口腔医院接受治疗的70例安氏Ⅱ类1分类伴口呼吸患儿作为研究对象,根据单双数法进行分组,单数分到观察组(n=35),双数分到对照组(n=35)。对照组治疗方法为固定矫治,观察组治疗方法为MRC矫治器矫治。对比两组患儿治疗效果、头影指标及颞下颌关节指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率91.14%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.248,P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿上齿槽座角、上下齿槽座角数值均降低,下齿槽座角数值均升高,且观察组水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿颞下颌关节指标水平均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与固定矫治相比,安氏Ⅱ类1分类伴口呼吸患儿实施MRC矫治器治疗,临床疗效更好,可显著改善头影指标,缩小颞下颌关节间隙。
Objective To study and analyze the impact of fixed braces and myofunctinal research center(MRC)braces on the efficacy of Angle ClassⅡDivision 1 children with mouth breathing.Methods A total of 70 children with Angle ClassⅡCategory 1 with mouth breathing,who were all treated in Xining Stomatological Hospital from November 2018 to July 2023 were selected as research subjects.Grouping was performed according to the odd and even number method,with odd numbers assigned to the observation group(n=35)and even numbers assigned to the control group(n=35).The treatment method of the control group was fixed correction,and the treatment method of the observation group was MRC appliance correction.The treatment effects,cephalometric indicators and temporomandibular joint indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.14%higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.248,P<0.05).After treatment,the upper alveolar seat angle and upper and lower alveolar seat angle values in both groups decreased,while the lower alveolar seat angle values increased,and the levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of temporomandibular joint indicators were reduced in both groups of children,and the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with fixed orthodontic treatment,MRC appliance treatment for children with Angle ClassⅡCategory 1 with mouth breathing has better clinical effects,can significantly improve cephalometric indexes,and narrow the temporomandibular joint space.
