自动乳腺容积成像系统(ABVS)联合二维超声在乳腺肿物良恶性声像图诊断中的价值研究

摘要 目的探讨分析自动乳腺容积成像系统联合普通手持超声在乳腺肿物良恶性鉴别诊断中的价值。方法选取2022年4月—2023年3月在齐齐哈尔市第二医院超声科检查的符合纳入标准的乳腺肿物患者60名,均行自动乳腺容积成像系统(automated breast volume scanner,ABVS)检查和普通二维超声(handheld ultrasound,HHUS)检查,对声像图特点进行数据统计分析、随访观察图像和相应专业指数变化,以组织病理学诊断为金标准。结果HHUS准确率为76.4%,ABVS准确率为77.4%,二者联合准确率为87.7%;ABVS与HHUS敏感度比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.405,P>0.05),二者联合与HHUS、ABVS的敏感度和特异度分别比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二者联合应用于乳腺癌的筛查及诊断,具有重要临床指导意义。 Objective To investigate the value of automated breast volume scanner combined with conventional handheld ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses.Methods 60 patients with breast tumors who met the inclusion criteria and were examined in the department of ultrasound of Qiqihar Second Hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected,and all of them underwent automated breast volume scanner(ABVS)examination and conventional two-dimensional handheld ultrasound(HHUS)examination.The characteristics of the sonogram were analyzed statistically,followed up to observe the image and corresponding professional index changes,and histopathological diagnosis was the gold standard.Results The HHUS accuracy rate was 76.4%,the ABVS accuracy rate was 77.4%,and the combined accuracy rate was 87.7%.There was no significant difference in sensitivity between ABVS and HHUS(χ^(2)=0.405,P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in sensitivity and accuracy rate between the combination of the two and HHUS and ABVS(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of the two methods in the screening and diagnosis of breast cancer has important clinical significance.
