中西医结合治疗痰浊中阻型眩晕病的价值研究

Study on the Value of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Vertigo Caused by Phlegm and Turbid Obstruction

目的探究中西医结合治疗痰浊中阻型眩晕病的临床效果与安全性。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月江苏省盱眙县中医院脑病科收治的痰浊中阻型眩晕病患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组。对照组30例接受西药倍他司汀治疗,观察组30例联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗。对比两组治疗有效性、中医症候积分及眩晕症状评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038)。观察组治疗后的主症和次症积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组眩晕障碍量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰浊中阻型眩晕病患者经过中西医结合治疗,患者临床症状与眩晕症状明显改善,治疗有效性高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of vertigo due to phlegm obstruction.Methods 60 cases of phlegm-medium obstruction type vertigo patients admitted to the Department of Cerebral Disease of Xuyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.30 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine betahistine,and 30 cases in the observation group were treated with the combination of Hanxia Baijutsu Tianma Tang.The effectiveness of treatment,Chinese medicine evidence points and vertigo symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038).The primary and secondary symptom points of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the vertigo disorder scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with phlegm-medium obstruction type vertigo disease were treated with a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and the clinical symptoms and vertigo symptoms of the patients improved significantly,with high therapeutic effectiveness.
