中西医治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果研究

Research on the Effect of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Chronic Sinusitis

目的研究中西医治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果。方法选取2022年3—6月广州巿海珠区中医医院诊治的慢性鼻窦炎100例患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为普通干预组和结合干预组,每组50例。普通干预组采用西医治疗,结合干预组采用中西医结合治疗。对比两组患者病情控制效果和症状改善情况。结果结合干预组患者病情总控制率为92.0%,高于普通干预组的84.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.305,P<0.05)。干预后,综合干预组鼻塞鼻痒、流鼻涕、鼻腔充血、鼻甲肿大的症状积分均低于普通干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结合干预组入睡时间、睡眠效率评估分数、睡眠维持时间、睡眠障碍评分均优于普通干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎和鼻纤毛功能失调之间有直接关联,临床上首选中西医结合治疗方法,可全面提高治疗效果。

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods 100 patients with chronic sinusitis diagnosed and treated at the Guangzhou Haizhu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the general intervention group with western medicine treatment and the combined intervention group with integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment,with 50 cases in each group.The disease control effect and symptom improvement between the two groups of patients were compared.Results The overall disease control rate of the patients in the combined intervention group was 92.0%,which was higher than 84.0%in the general intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.305,P<0.05).After the intervention,the symptom scores of nasal congestion,nasal itching,runny nose,nasal congestion,and turbinate swelling in the combined intervention group were lower than those in the general intervention group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep time,sleep efficiency assessment scores,sleep maintenance time,and sleep disorders in the combined intervention group were better than those in the general intervention group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a direct correlation between chronic sinusitis and nasal ciliary dysfunction.In clinical practice,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine should be the first choice to comprehensively improve the treatment effect.
