在治疗丘脑出血中神经内镜微创手术的临床价值研讨

Clinical Value of Minimally Invasive Neuroendoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Thalamic Hemorrhage

目的 探讨神经内镜微创手术治疗丘脑出血的作用。方法 选取2021年3月—2023年5月济阳区人民医院收治的67例丘脑出血患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分对照组(34例,行常规开颅术)、观察组(33例,行神经内镜微创手术),比较两组疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、改良Rankin量表评分低于对照组,格拉斯哥昏迷指数量表评分、日常生活能力量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比对照组,观察组并发症发生率更低,手术及住院时间更短,术中出血量、术后血肿残余量更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 本研究发现针对丘脑出血患者,使用神经内镜微创手术治疗效果更好,提高患者神经功能,缩短疗程,控制术中出血量,减少并发症发生。

Objective To observe the effect of minimally invasive neuroendoscopic surgery on thalamic hemorrhage.Methods 67 patients with thalamic hemorrhage admitted to Jiyang District People's Hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group(34 cases,underwent routine craniotomy)and an observation group(33 cases,underwent minimally invasive neuroendoscopic surgery)using a random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower scores on the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale and the Modified Rankin Scale compared to the control group,the Glasgow Coma Index Scale and Activities of Daily Living Scale scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower incidence of complications,shorter surgical and hospital stay,less intraoperative bleeding,and less residual hematoma after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion This study found that for patients with thalamic hemorrhage,the use of neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery has better treatment effect,which can improve the neurological function of patients,shorten the course of treatment,control the amount of intraoperative blood loss,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
