头针互动悬吊核心稳定训练对于脑卒中后倾斜综合征的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Scalp Acupuncture Interactive Suspension Core Stabilization Training on Post-stroke Tilt Syndrome

目的观察头针互动悬吊核心稳定训练对改善脑卒中后倾斜综合征患者的临床效果。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月无锡市康复医院收治的46例脑卒中后倾斜综合征患者作为研究对象。利用随机数表法分为两组,分别实施不同的干预措施。其中23例实施悬吊核心稳定训练(对照组),23例实施头针互动悬吊核心稳定训练(观察组)。通过比较两组患者平衡功能、运动功能、日常生活自理能力、躯干控制能力、康复效果等指标,对不同干预方案的实际效果进行评价。结果观察组Berg评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel评分、Sheikh评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组康复总有效率100.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.610,P<0.05)。结论头针互动悬吊核心稳定训练能够有效改善脑卒中后倾斜综合征患者平衡功能、躯干控制能力,康复效果较好,展现很好的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of scalp-acupuncture interactive suspension core stabilization training on improving patients with post-stroke tilt syndrome.Methods A total of 46 patients with tilting syndrome after stroke treated in Wuxi Rehabilitation Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,and different intervention measures were implemented respectively.Among them,23 patients underwent suspension core stability training(control group)and 23 patients underwent head needle interactive suspension core stability training(observation group).By comparing the balance function,motor function,self-care ability of daily life,trunk control ability and rehabilitation effect of the two groups of patients,the actual effect of different intervention schemes was evaluated.Results The Berg score,Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel score and Sheikh score of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was 100.00%higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.610,P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture interactive suspension core stabilization training can effectively improve the balance function and trunk control ability of patients with post-stroke tilt syndrome,and has good rehabilitation effects,showing good clinical application value.
