宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术与宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉摘除术疗效对比

Comparison between Hysteroscopic Electroresection of Endometrial Polyps and Hysteroscopic Resection of Endometrial Polyps

目的探讨宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术以及宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉摘除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年6月江阴市人民医院收治的130例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为参照组和研究组,参照组(n=65)施以宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉摘除术治疗,研究组(n=65)予以宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术治疗。对比两组术中失血量、手术用时、住院时间、血管内皮生长因子水平、月经量、术后1年复发率。结果两组手术用时比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术中失血量少于参照组,住院时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,研究组血管内皮生长因子水平(37.62±6.36)ng/L以及月经量(56.72±12.31)mL优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.925、8.887,P<0.05)。研究组术后1年复发率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术治疗方式的有效应用,对于子宫内膜息肉患者血管内皮生长因子水平降低、月经量减少、术后1年复发率的降低,可以获得显著效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial polyps and hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods 130 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Jiangyin People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into reference group and study group by randomized table method.The reference group(n=65)was treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polyp removal,and the study group(n=65)was treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polyp electrocision.Intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospitalization time,vascular endothelial growth factor level,menstrual flow,and 1-year postoperative recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the reference group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the vascular endothelial growth factor level(37.62±6.36)ng/L and menstrual flow(56.72±12.31)mL in the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.925,8.887,P<0.05).The 1-year postoperative recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial polyps can achieve significant results in the reduction of vascular endothelial growth factor level,reduce menstrual volume,and reduce recurrence rate one year after surgery in patients with endometrial polyps.
