大黄芒硝外敷联合红外线照射对腹壁肥厚产妇切口愈合情况的影响

Effect of Rhubarb Glauberite External Application Combined with Infrared Irradiation on Incision Healing in Puerpera with Abdominal Wall Hyperplasia

目的分析大黄芒硝外敷联合红外线照射对腹壁肥厚产妇切口愈合情况的影响。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月甘肃省天水市妇幼保健院收治的60例剖宫产后腹部切口脂肪液化的产妇,按随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组行常规切口换药+红外线照射治疗,研究组行常规切口换药+红外线照射+大黄芒硝外敷治疗。对比两组切口康复情况、切口局部微循环情况、切口疼痛程度、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组切口渗液消失时间为(2.11±0.30)d、切口红肿消退时间为(3.32±0.40)d、硬结消退时间为(3.86±0.48)d、切口愈合时间为(7.39±1.14)d,均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.439、6.277、6.842、6.738,P<0.001)。研究组治疗后切口局部血流速度为(0.69±0.17)mm/s、毛细血管管径为(7.50±1.08)μm,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.976、5.042,P<0.05)。研究组治疗后切口疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组不良反应发生率为10.00%,对照组为6.67%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000)。结论腹壁肥厚产妇剖宫产后采用大黄芒硝外敷联合红外线照射能够改善切口疼痛程度、切口康复和切口局部微循环情况,且安全性佳。

Objective To analyze the effect of rhubarb glauberite external application combined with infrared irradiation on incision healing in puerpera with abdominal wall hyperplasia.Methods 60 puerpera with fatty liquefaction of the abdominal incision after cesarean section admitted to Tianshui Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Gansu Province from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and were divided into control group and study group according to the method of random number table,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received conventional incision dressing change+infrared radiation treatment,and the study group received conventional incision dressing change+infrared radiation+rhubarb mirabilite external application treatment.Incision rehabilitation,incision local microcirculation,incision pain and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Incision fluid disappearance time was(2.11±0.30)d,incision redness regression time was(3.32±0.40)d,induration regression time was(3.86±0.48)d,and incision healing time was(7.39±1.14)d in the study group,all of which were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.439,6.277,6.842,6.738,P<0.001).The incision local blood flow velocity and capillary tube diameter of the study group were(0.69±0.17)mm/s and(7.50±1.08)μm after treatment,which were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.976,5.042,P<0.01).Incision pain in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The adverse reaction rate of the study group was 10.00%,the control group was 6.67%,compared between two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000).Conclusion The application of rhubarb glauberite combined with infrared irradiation after cesarean section can improve the degree of incision pain,incision rehabilitation and local incision microcirculation,and the safety is good.
