自锁托槽和无托槽隐形矫治器对正畸患者牙齿矫正时间、咬合功能及疼痛程度的影响

Effects of Self-locking Bracket and Non-bracket Invisible Appliance on Orthodontic Time,Occlusal Function and Pain Degree of Orthodontic Patients

目的探究自锁托槽和无托槽隐形矫治器对正畸患者牙齿矫正时间、咬合功能及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月汕头市龙湖区第二人民医院口腔科收治的50例正畸患者为研究对象,根据不同矫治方式分为A、B两组,各25例,使用自锁托槽矫治器患者为A组、使用无托槽隐形矫治器患者为B组。对比两组牙齿矫正时间、咬合功能、牙周健康状况、疼痛程度、不良反应发生情况。同时评价患者口腔相关生活质量状况[采用口腔健康影响程度量表(Oral Health Impact Profile,OHIP-14)]。结果B组倾斜牙矫正时间、错位牙扭正时间短于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组咬合功能改善程度优于干预前,且牙周健康指标低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组咬合功能及牙周健康等指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗24、48 h后,B组疼痛程度评分、不良反应发生率均较A组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组OHIP-14评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组OHIP-14评分较治疗前低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组OHIP-14评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自锁托槽、无托槽隐形矫治器在正畸患者治疗中均可取得一定效果,尤其是无托槽隐形矫治器,治疗时间短,疼痛轻,不良反应少。

Objective To explore the effects of self-locking bracket and non-bracket invisible appliance on orthodontic patients'orthodontic time,occlusal function and pain degree.Methods 50 orthodontic patients admitted to the Stomatology Department of Longhu Second People's Hospital of Shantou City from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and divided they into two groups A and B,according to different treatment methods,patients with self-locking bracket appliance were divided into group A and patients with invisible bracket appliance without bracket were divided into group B,with 25 cases in each group.The including tooth correction time,occlusal function,periodontal health status,pain degree and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Meanwhile,evaluated the oral quality of life of the patients[used Oral Health Impact Profile(OHIP-14)].Results The time of tilt tooth correction and dislocation tooth correction in group B were shorter than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of occlusal function between the two groups after treatment was higher than before intervention,and periodontal health indexes were lower than before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in occlusal function and periodontal health indexes between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After 24 h,48 h of treatment,pain degree score and incidence of adverse reactions in group B were lower than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in OHIP-14 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The OHIP-14 score between the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Both self-locking bracket and non-bracket invisible appliance can achieve certain effects in the treatment of orthodontic patients,especially non-bracket invisible appliance,which has short treatment time,light pain and less adverse reactions.
