热牙胶充填治疗牙髓炎的效果及对患者龈沟炎症因子水平的影响

Effectiveness of Hot Dental Gel Filling in the Treatment of Pulpitis and the Effect on the Levels of Inflammatory Factors in the Gingival Sulcus of Patients

目的 探究热牙胶填充治疗牙髓炎的效果及对患者咀嚼功能的影响。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年5月句容市人民医院收治的84例牙髓炎患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方式分为A组、B组,每组42例,分别应用冷牙胶侧压填充治疗、热牙胶填充治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果 B组治疗成功率(97.62%)较A组(85.71%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.896,P<0.05);术后1年,B组超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤细胞坏死因子-α水平均较A组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组不良反应发生率(2.38%)较A组(19.05%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05)。结论 对牙髓炎患者应用热牙胶填充治疗,与冷牙胶压测填充治疗相比,可提升治疗效果,降低牙周炎症反应水平及不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of hot dental gel filling in the treatment of pulpitis and its influence on patients'masticatory function.Methods 84 patients with pulpitis admitted to Jurong People's Hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into group A and group B with different treatment modalities,42 cases in each group,applying cold dental gel side-pressure filling treatment and hot dental gel filling treatment respectively,and compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The treatment success rate of group B(97.62%)was higher than that of group A(85.71%),and the difference was statistiacally significant(χ^(2)=3.896,P<0.05).The levels of ultrasensitive C-reactive protein and tumor cell necrosis factor-αin group B were lower than those in group A at 1 year after surgery,and the difference was statistiacally significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in group B(2.38%)was lower than that in group A(19.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hot dental gel filling treatment to patients with pulpitis can enhance the treatment effect,reduce the level of periodontal inflammatory response and the incidence of adverse reactions compared with cold dental gel side-pressure filling treatment.
