显微镜下CO_(2)激光切除会厌囊肿疗效探讨

Effect of CO_(2) Laser on Epiglottic Cyst under Microscope

目的 观察在会厌囊肿治疗中实施显微镜下CO_(2)激光切除术的效果。方法 选取2020年11月—2023年4月张家港市中医医院收治的82例会厌囊肿患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,各41例。对照组采用显微支撑喉镜下喉剪切除术,研究组采用显微镜下CO_(2)激光切除术,比较两组治疗效果、围术期指标、并发症发生率、复发率。结果 研究组治疗有效率为97.56%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组围术期指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率、复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在会厌囊肿治疗中,显微镜下CO_(2)激光切除治疗有着重要的临床应用价值,可以提高治疗效果,优化围术期指标,对于并发症发生率和复发率的降低也有着积极影响。

Objective To observe the effect of CO_(2) laser resection under microscope in the treatment of epiglottic cyst.Methods A total of 82 patients with epiglottic cyst admitted to Zhangjiagang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laryngeal scissors resection under microlaryngoscope,and the study group was treated with CO_(2) laser resection under microscope.The therapeutic effect,perioperative indicators,incidence of complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was 97.56%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The perioperative indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differencs were was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of epiglottic cysts,CO_(2) laser resection under the microscope has important clinical application value,which can improve the therapeutic effect,optimize the perioperative indicators,and also have a positive impact on the reduction of complication rate and recurrence rate.
