种植密度对药用汉麻农艺性状及主要大麻素含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以汉麻7号为试验材料,研究了大田条件下种植密度对药用汉麻农艺性状及主要大麻素含量的影响。结果表明,药用汉麻的茎粗、单株分枝数、单株花叶干重、单株茎干重和单株根干重均随种植密度增加而下降,株高和分枝高度随种植密度增加而增加,低种植密度群体(3846株/hm^(2))与高种植密度群体(9616株/hm^(2))间各性状差异显著;种植密度对花叶大麻二酚(CBD)、四氢大麻酚(THC)和大麻萜酚(CBG)含量影响不大;相关性分析表明,THC含量与CBD含量之间成极显著正相关关系;药用汉麻花叶产量随着种植密度的减小呈先升高后降低的趋势,在种植密度为7693株/hm^(2)时,花叶产量最高。 Using Hanma No.7 as the experimental material,this paper studied the effect of planting density on the agronomic traits and main cannabinoids content of medicinal hemp under field conditions.The results showed that the stem diameter,number of branches and mosaic leaf dry weight of single plant,stem dry weight of single plant,and root dry weight of single plant of medicinal hemp decreased with the increase of planting density,while the plant height and branch height increased with the increase of planting density.There were significant differences in various characters between the low planting density group(3846 plants/hm^(2))and the high planting density group(9616 plants/hm^(2)).The planting density had little effect on the content of cannabidiol(CBD),tetrahydrocannabinol(THC),and canabigerol(CBG)in the mosaic leaves.Correlation analysis showed that there was a highly significant positive correlation between THC content and CBD content;the mosaic leaf yield of medicinal hemp increased first and then decreased with the decrease of planting density.When the planting density was 7693 plants/hm^(2),the mosaic leaf yield was the highest.
