Yinchun No.10 is a new spring wheat variety bred by Baiyin Institute of Agricultural Sciences through satellite launch and space mutation.It was authorized by the Crop Variety Certification Committee in Gansu Province in 2017 and by the National Crop Variety Certification Committee in 2021.Yinchun No.10 has a compact plant type,neat panicle layers,high and stable yield,wide adaptability,and coordinated yield components.It is suitable for planting in the spring wheat area of northwestern China,and has broad prospects for promotion and application.This paper introduced the advantages of Yinchun No.10 in detail,analyzed its shortcomings,elaborated its application scope and prospects,in order to provide references for the promotion and application of this variety.
