大学生知识付费平台的订阅选择及影响因素分析——以知乎平台为例 被引量:1

摘要 2023年我国知识付费用户数量接近6亿,用户数量增长促进知识付费平台上知识产品的汇聚和流动。在虚拟服务和内容消费中,内容付费的商业模式转型逐渐向付费订阅倾斜,周期性付费订阅的推出重新定义创作者与用户的联系,但与此同时对如何提高用户续费率及付费产品的专业性和权威性提出了挑战。本文以知乎平台为例,设计问卷调查常熟理工学院学生对知识付费的选择现状,并运用因子分析和回归分析探索其付费选择意愿的影响因素,研究显示:用户对知乎平台付费产品具备一定的使用购买经验及频率;性别因素影响用户对知乎平台付费产品的付费使用意愿;知乎平台付费产品服务质量和感知成本也具备一定的优势,社会声誉方面有待加强;五个研究因子均对使用意愿产生显著的正向影响,社会声誉因子与感知收益因子为主要因素。最后,本文根据研究结论提出针对性建议,以供参考。
