建筑施工企业财务风险预警机制研究

Research on financial risk early warning mechanism for construction enterprises

在经济发展放缓、政策调整、市场需求变化等多种因素影响下,建筑施工企业的高质量发展业已受到不断积聚财务风险的不利影响。文章首先阐述了建筑施工企业常见的财务风险及成因,进而深刻分析了现阶段建筑施工企业构建财务风险预警机制的原则及重要落脚点,并围绕建立财务信息采集和传递机制、建立信息化风险预警处理机制、建立财务风险预警组织机制等三方面,为其提出风险预警机制构建策略,对建筑施工企业财务管理及财务风险防范相关研究与实践具有一定借鉴意义。

Under various factors such as economic slowdown,policy adjustments,and changes in market demand,the high-quality de-velopment of construction enterprises has been adversely affected by the continuous accumulation of financial risks.This article first elabo-rates on the common financial risks and causes of construction enterprises,and then deeply analyzes the principles and important footholds of building financial risk warning mechanisms for construction enterprises at present.It proposes risk warning mechanism construction strat-egies around three aspects:establishing financial information collection and transmission mechanisms,establishing information risk warning processing mechanisms,and establishing financial risk warning organization mechanisms.It has certain reference significance for the re-search and practice of financial management and financial risk prevention in construction enterprises.
