基于多元回归分析的民办高校专职教师工作满意度研究——以MD学院为例

摘要 民办高校专职教师满意度一直受到学术界广泛关注。研究通过对MD学院进行调查得到实证分析数据来源,使用SPSS软件对MD学院专职教师工作满意度进行了回归分析。研究表明,影响MD学院专职教师工作满意度的因素主要有:福利待遇、发展期望、付出与回报、工作认同及工作压力等。结合MD学院实际提出了以下三点建议:完善已有薪酬激励制度,建立健全教师职业发展前景,重视教师需要得到尊重和认可的需求。 The job satisfaction of full-time teachers in private colleges has always received extensive attention from the academic com-munity.This study obtained empirical analysis data from a survey of MD College,and used SPSS software to conduct regression analysis on the job satisfaction of full-time teachers at MD College.The study shows that the factors that affect the job satisfaction of full-time teachers at MD College are ranked as follows:welfare benefits,development expectations,input and output,job identity,and job pressure.Three sug-gestions are proposed in combination with the actual situation of MD College:improve the existing salary incentive system,establish a sound teacher career development prospect,and pay attention to the need for teachers to be respected and recognized.
