摘要
文章旨在探讨新疆返乡大学生电商就业意愿的影响因素及其现状。通过对新疆地区电商就业问题进行深入研究,发现教育背景、家庭背景和地域因素等是影响返乡大学生电商就业意愿的主要因素。预计随着政策的落实和社会环境的改善,新疆返乡大学生电商就业将得到进一步发展,但仍须持续关注职业规划和就业能力等问题,进一步改善政策支持和创业环境,促进新疆返乡大学生电商就业的健康发展。
This paper aims to explore the influencing factors and current situation of e-commerce employment willingness of returning college students in Xinjiang.Through in-depth research on the issue of e-commerce employment in Xinjiang,it was found that educational background,family background,and regional factors are the main factors affecting the willingness of returning college students to engage in e-commerce employment.It is expected that with the implementation of policies and the improvement of the social environment,the e-com-merce employment of returning college students in Xinjiang will further develop.However,it is still necessary to continue to pay attention to issues such as career planning and employability,further improve policy support and entrepreneurial environment,and promote the healthy development of e-commerce employment for returning college students in Xinjiang.
