遗传算法在相似材料配比试验设计中的应用研究

摘要 为探究相似材料配比优化问题,选取水膏比(水与石膏质量之比)为变量因素,基于Matlab环境进行遗传算法的相似材料配比优化研究。设计以1/15拉压比为主要参照目标,通过力学性质试验获取不同水膏比的相似材料单轴抗压强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量、泊松比、内摩擦角和内聚力6项力学特性参数,对其进行回归拟合,并构建遗传算法的相似材料配比优化模型。经对输出结果的二次试验检验可得到较好的配比优化效果,研究结果可为相似材料配比优化方法提供一定的理论依据。 In order to explore the ratio optimization of similar materials,the water-paste ratio(the mass ratio of water to gypsum)was selected as a key variable factor,and the optimization research of similar material ratio was carried out based on genetic algorithm in Matlab environment.The design took 1/15 tension ratio as the main reference object,and obtained six mechanical property parameters of similar materials with different water-paste ratios,including uniaxial compressive strength,tensile strength,elastic modulus,Poisson’s ratio,internal friction angle and cohesion,through mechanical property tests.The regression fitting was carried out,and a genetic algorithm optimization model of similar material ratio was constructed.Through the second test of the output results,a good ratio optimization effect can be obtained.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization method of similar materials ratio.
