摘要
全民健身背景下国民如何形塑健康生活方式成为重要命题。采用案例研究方法,从社会实践视角切入,搭建“实践场域—实践资本—实践惯习”的理论分析框架,探究大学生体育生活方式形成及其形塑机制。发现,大学生体育生活方式形成的实践归因联结了学校教育、家庭资本、社会关系与身体价值之四重维度,并且权衡实践中的参与便利性、相对自主性以及较强目的性而形塑个体的发展认知,因此大学生在学校、家庭与社会场域的体育实践形成身体惯习,奠定学校体育传统、家庭体育资源、社会体育活动、自我身体构建的实践基础,进而揭示大学生体育生活方式的形塑机制,即基于理性认知的体育实践,让运动回归生活。
Under the background of national fitness,how to shape a healthy lifestyle has become an important proposition.Using the case study method,from the perspective of social practice,the theoretical analysis framework of“practice field-practice capital-practice habitus”is built to explore the formation and shaping mechanism of college students’sports lifestyle.It is found that the practical attribution of the formation of college students’sports lifestyle connects the four dimensions of school education,family capital,social relations and body value,and weighs the convenience of participation,relative autonomy and strong purpose in practice to shape the individual’s development cognition.Therefore,college students form physical habits in the sports practice of school,family and social fields,lay the practical foundation of school sports tradition,family sports resources,social sports activities and self-body construction,and then reveal the shaping mechanism of college students’sports lifestyle,that is,sports practice based on rational cognition,so that sports can return to life.
