基于FBS模型的手部复健仪设计研究

摘要 为减轻手部运动功能失效患者家庭的看护压力,给手部运动功能失效患者提供更便捷的康复方式,现研究设计一款用户能独立完成复健任务的手部复健仪。文章采用FBS模型构建设计思路,根据功能与用户行为的映射关系推导出最终的结构模块。通过应用FBS模型发现手部复健仪在实现独立复健功能的同时,还需要实现功能与形式上的统一,使外观具有一定的美观性,以期在满足康复市场多样化需求的同时,提升患者的康复效果,为同类产品设计提供新的思路。 In order to reduce the nursing pressure of families of patients with hand motor function failure and provide more convenient rehabilitation methods for patients with hand motor function failure,a hand rehab device is designed and designed for users to complete rehabilitation tasks independently.This paper uses FBS model to construct and design ideas,and deduces the final structure module according to the mapping relationship between function and user behavior.Through the application of FBS model,it is found that the hand rehabilitation instrument needs to realize the unity of function and form while realizing the independent rehabilitation function,and has a certain aesthetic appearance.In order to meet the diversified needs of the rehabilitation market,bring more patients to improve the rehabilitation effect,and provide new ideas for the design of similar products.
