卓越学前融合教育人才培养探究与实践——以南京特殊教育师范学院为例

摘要 陶行知“知行合一”教育思想强调知识与实践的统一,倡导教育教学要贴近生活实践,培养学生的综合素养。“知行合一”教育思想在学前融合教育人才培养领域具有较高应用价值,为卓越学前融合教育人才培养提供了有益的启示和借鉴。南京特殊教育师范学院在培养卓越学前融合教育人才过程中,主要是通过融合教育课程设置夯实专业知识,通过全过程实践提升学生专业素养,通过多途径助力教师成长提升人才培养能力。 Tao Xingzhi’s“unity of knowledge and practice”educational philosophy emphasizes the unity of knowledge and practice,advocating for education and teaching to be closely aligned with real-life practices and the cultivation of students’comprehensive abilities.This philosophy holds significant practical value in the field of preschool fusion talents cultivation.The educational philosophy of“unity of knowledge and practice”provides valuable insights for the cultivation methods and practices of excellent preschool fusion talents.The practical path for cultivating excellent preschool talents with“unity of knowledge and practice”primarily involves three key aspects:establishing comprehensive and immersive educational courses to solidify students’professional knowledge,enhancing students’professional competence through practices throughout the whole process,and supporting teachers’growth through various means to improve their talent cultivation capabilities.
