摘要
目的 :研究脑干听觉诱发电位 (brainstemauditoryevokedpotential ,BAEP)波幅与声强之间的函数关系 ,指导临床应用。方法 :对 5 0例健康、无耳疾成人进行双耳BAEP测试 ,选用 5 5、75、95、10 0、10 5、110、115、12 0、12 5dB疏密交替波短声给声刺激。结果 :求出了BAEP波幅与声强之间的函数关系曲线及与其相应的回归方程 ,表明 (1)波Ⅰ、波Ⅲ、波Ⅴ波幅均随声强增大而增大 ;(2 )波Ⅲ、波Ⅴ曲线陡度在 90dB以前较大、90dB以后较平缓 ;波Ⅰ陡度远大于前者 ,几乎呈直线上升 ;(3)波Ⅲ与波Ⅴ近于平行 ;(4)Ⅴ /Ⅰ直线下降 ,与波Ⅰ几乎成反变关系 ;Ⅴ /Ⅲ近乎平坦直线 ;(5 ) 90dB前 ,V/I大于 1,随声强降低 ,V/I迅速增大 ,远大于 1;90dB后 ,V/I接近于 1,且较稳定。结论 :在临床评价Ⅴ /Ⅰ比值结果时 ,若在 <10 0dB范围内给声刺激则易出现假阴性结果 ,在 10 0~ 12
Objective:To search for the relationship of BAEP amplitude to the click intensity. Method: Double ears of 50 persons without otology diseases had the BAEP test, which was performed with 55dB,75dB,95dB,100dB,105dB,110dB,115dB, 120dB and 125dB altenate clicks. Result: Curves of BAEP amplitude to the click intensity showed that amplitude of wave Ⅰ,Ⅲ andⅤ was increasing with the click intensity; and the curve gradient was larger before 90dB than after 90dB.Wave Ⅲ andⅤ were almost parallel; the ratio of Ⅴ/Ⅰ was more than 1 before 90dB and less than 1 after 90dB.Conclusion: The range between 100dB and 120dB of click intensity is suitable for judging the value of Ⅴ/Ⅰ ratio at BAEP clinic test.
