预制化电源模组在数据中心的应用研究

摘要 为解决数据中心配电系统布局分散、占地面积大、施工周期长等问题,引入预制化电源模组概念,由一套电源模组实现原来多套系统组合的功能,此模组具有线路损耗低、空间利用率高和部署快等优点。但是,目前关于预制化电源模组的内部配置及外部接线问题还未形成统一标准,各厂家的实现方式也不同,由此引发配置不足或过度配置问题。对某预制化电源模组在实施过程中遇到的架构问题进行分析,针对不同的情况给出不同的设计要求,力求提供规范、经济、合理的预制化电源模组架构。 In order to solve the problems of scattered layout,large area and long construction period,prefabricated power module topolo-gy is introduced,which realizes the functions of original multiple system combinations by one power module and has the ad-vantages of low line loss,high space utilization and rapid deployment.However,at present,the internal configuration and ex-ternal wiring of the prefabricated power module has not yet formed a unified standard,and the implementation methods of various manufacturers are different,which leads to the problem of insufficient or excessive configuration of the topology.It analyzes the topological problems encountered in the implementation of a prefabricated power module and gives different de-sign requirements for different situations,in order to provide a standardized,economical and reasonable prefabricated power module topology.
