长链非编码RNA MALAT1和H19在糖尿病足中的研究进展

摘要 糖尿病足(Diabetic foot,DF)是糖尿病最严重的慢性并发症之一,严重者可致残致死,危及生命,给患者家庭以及社会造成极大的负担。尽管目前在DF的发病机制和治疗方面取得了重大进展,但临床对DF的治疗效果仍不能令人满意。随着对表观遗传学认识的不断深入,越来越多的研究发现长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNAs,LncRNAs)的异常表达参与了DF创面的愈合过程,并有望成为DF的潜在治疗靶点。本文就目前已知且研究较为深入的IncRNA H19和MALAT1与DF创面愈合的相关性研究进展作一综述,以期为DF的治疗提供新思路和新策略。 Diabetic foot(DF)is one of the most serious chronic complication of diabetes,which can cause disability and even death,endanger life of patients,and also causes a great burden to patients,families and society.Although great progression has been made in the pathogenesis and treatment of DF,the clinical treatment effect is still unsatisfactory.With the deepening understanding of epigenetics,more and more studies have found that the abnormal expression of long non-coding RNAs(LncRNA)is involved in the healing process of the wound,and is expected to become a potential therapeutic target of DF.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress on correlation between known and well-studied IncRNA H19 and MALAT1 and DF wound healing,in order to provide new ideas and strategies for the treatment of DF.
