槐耳治疗乳腺癌的研究进展

Research progress in the treatment of breast cancer with trametes robinioplila murr

本文从基础研究及临床研究这两方面综述了槐耳近几年来对乳腺癌的研究进展。槐耳在基础研究方面可抑制肿瘤干细胞、抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、肿瘤免疫治疗、逆转耐药及防治肿瘤转移,在临床研究方面槐耳联合新辅助化疗、术后辅助治疗和姑息性化疗方面可以减少复发率、提高生存期、减轻化疗所致的毒副反应、改善生活质量。

This article reviews the research progress in the treatment of breast cancer with trametes robinioplila murr in recent years from the aspects of basic research and clinical research.In basic research,trametes robinioplila murr can inhibit tumor stem cells,inhibit cell proliferation,induce cell apoptosis,tumor immunotherapy,reverse drug resistance and prevent tumor metastasis.In the clinical research,it is suggested that the trametes robinioplila murr combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy,postoperative adjuvant therapy and palliative chemotherapy can reduce the recurrence rate,improve the survival time,reduce the toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy,and improve the quality of life.
