重症医学早期康复治疗策略的教学实践

Teaching practice of early rehabilitation strategy in critical care medicine

重症患者实施早期康复,早已被证实能够改善患者预后,而重症医学专业随着住培、专培等政策深入推进,以及进修医师、研究生、轮转规培医师等各层次的学员群体,在诊治疾病的同时,都已参与到重症患者早期康复工作中了,加强关于早期康复治疗策略的教育培训和引导十分必要。蚌埠医学院第一附属医院重症医学科对此进行了探索,本文总结了相应的临床教学经验,供学习探讨。

Conduct early rehabilitation for patients with critical ills has been proved to improve the prognosis of patients long before.With the in-depth promotion of policies such as residential training and specialized training,student groups at all levels such as refresher doctors,graduate students,and rotation training doctors,have participated in early rehabilitation for critical patients while diagnosing and treating diseases.It is necessary to strengthen education,training and guidance on early rehabilitation treatment strategies.The department of intensive care unit of the first affiliated hospital of Bengbu Medical College has explored this,and this paper summarizes the corresponding clinical teaching experience for reference.
