乳腺癌组织中FOXP3、CMTM6、Shoc2表达及其临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of FOXP3,CMTM6,Shoc2 in Breast Cancer

目的探讨叉头框蛋白P3(FOXP3)、趋化素样因子超家族6(CMTM6)、Shoc2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与患者临床病理特征、预后的关系。方法选取51例女性乳腺癌患者为研究对象,采集癌组织与癌旁正常组织,以免疫组织化学法测定FOXP3、CMTM6、Shoc2的阳性表达。收集患者的年龄等一般资料,分析FOXP3、CMTM6、Shoc2表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征之间的关系;随访3年,分析三项指标表达与患者预后的关系。结果癌组织FOXP3、CMTM6、Shoc2阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FOXP3、CMTM6、Shoc2表达与乳腺癌患者的年龄、体重指数(BMI)、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05);FOXP3、CMTM6、Shoc2表达与患者的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。FOXP3、CMTM6、Shoc2阳性表达患者的3年生存率低于阴性表达患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FOXP3、CMTM6、Shoc2在乳腺癌组织内呈高表达,与患者的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移联系紧密,参与疾病的发生与发展,且三项指标表达水平越高,则患者预后越差。

Objective To investigate the expression of forkhead box protein P3(FOXP3),chemokine like factor superfamily 6(CMTM6),Shoc2 in breast cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.Methods 51 female patients with breast cancer were selected as the study subjects.The cancerous tissues and normal tissues adjacent to the cancer were collected,and the positive expressions of FOXP3,CMTM6,Shoc2 were detected by immunohistochemical method.General data such as the age of patients were collected to analyze the relationship between the expression of FOXP3,CMTM6,Shoc2 and the clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer;Follow up for 3 years to analyze the relationship between the expression of three indicators and patient prognosis.Results The positive expression rates of FOXP3,CMTM6,and Shoc2 in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The expression of FOXP3,CMTM6 and Shoc2 was not related to the age,body mass index(BMI)and tumor size of breast cancer patients(P>0.05);The expressions of FOXP3,CMTM6,and Shoc2 were correlated with the degree of differentiation,clinical stage,and lymph node metastasis of patients(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate of patients with positive expression of FOXP3,CMTM6,and Shoc2 was lower than that of patients with negative expression,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion FOXP3,CMTM6 and Shoc2 are highly expressed in breast cancer tissue,closely related to the degree of differentiation,clinical stage,and lymph node metastasis of patients,and participate in the occurrence and development of disease.The higher the expression level of 3 indicators,the worse the prognosis of patients.
