阴道镜联合高频电波环切术治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Colposcopy Combined with High-frequency Electric Wave Circumcision for the Treatment of Cervical Precancerous Lesions

目的分析阴道镜联合高频电波环切术在宫颈癌前病变患者治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取176例宫颈癌前病变患者,根据不同治疗方法分为2组,每组88例。观察组实行阴道镜联合高频电波环切术治疗,对照组实行常规宫颈激光烧灼治疗,以手术相关指标、临床治疗效果、并发症发生情况、宫颈塑型满意度、术后生活质量为评价标准,对不同治疗模式的临床应用效果进行分析。结果观察组手术相关指标记录值均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者宫颈塑型总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组患者生活质量各维度(躯体、角色、认知、情绪和社会功能)评分值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对宫颈癌前病变患者,阴道镜联合高频电波环切术治疗的临床疗效显著,能够有效提高手术质量,促进患者术后康复,提高患者宫颈塑型满意度,提升生活质量,可行性高。

Objective To analyze the application of combined therapy techniques(colposcopy+high-frequency electric wave circumcision)in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions and evaluate its clinical value.Methods A total of 176 patients with cervical precancerous lesions were divided into 2 groups according to different treatment methods(88 cases in each group).One group was treated with colposcopy combined with high-frequency electric wave circumcision,while the other group was treated with conventional cervical laser cauterization,based on surgical related indicators,clinical treatment effects,and incidence of complications,The satisfaction with cervical shaping and postoperative quality of life were used as evaluation criteria to analyze the clinical application effects of different treatment modes.Results The recorded values of surgical related indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of various complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction with cervical shaping in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After surgery,the scores of various dimensions of quality of life(body,role,cognition,emotion,and social function)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cervical precancerous lesions,the clinical efficacy of colposcopy combined with high-frequency electric wave circumcision is significant,which can effectively improve the quality of surgery,promote postoperative recovery,improve patient satisfaction with cervical shaping,and improve quality of life.It is highly feasible.
