环状弹力纤维溶解性巨细胞肉芽肿

Annular elastolytic giant cell granuloma

60岁男性患者,头面部、双手背环形淡红色丘疹4个月。前额、双侧颞部、双侧耳后、双手背侧散在分布数个绿豆至蚕豆大小淡红色环形斑丘疹,边界清晰,触之有浸润感,无触痛。病理组织表现为组织细胞肉芽肿性浸润伴多核巨细胞,但无坏死的胶原束。Verhoeff-Van弹力纤维染色显示弹力纤维破碎。诊断为环状弹力纤维溶解性巨细胞肉芽肿。

60-year-old male patient,He had a light red papule on the head,face,and back of both hands for 4 months.There were several scattered light red papules of green bean to broad bean size with clear borders,infiltrative sensation on touch,and no tenderness on the forehead,bilateral temporal area,bilateral postauricular area,and dorsal surface of both hands.The pathology showed granulomatous infiltration of histiocytes with multinucleated giant cells,but no necrotic collagen bundles.Verhoeff-Van elastin staining showed elastic fiber breakage.The diagnosis was annular elastolytic giant cell granuloma.
