摘要
东道国营商环境总水平对中国对外直接投资有显著正向影响,营商环境各分项指标对中国对外直接投资的影响呈现出异质性;以经济发达程度为标准分组,发现对于发达国家以及发展中国家来说,营商环境总水平对中国对外直接投资有显著的正向影响;市场寻求动机、战略资产寻求动机,对中国对外直接投资有正向影响,效率寻求动机、资源寻求动机,对中国对外直接投资有抑制作用。为促进与世界其他国家在投资领域更深层次合作,需要做到合理选择目标东道国,完善投资风险防范和保障机制。
The overall level of the host country's business environment has a significant positive impact on China's OFDI,and the impact of each sub-index of the business environment on China's OFDI shows heterogeneity.The results show that the overall level of business environment has a significant positive impact on China's OFDI for both developed and developing countries.Market seeking motivation and strategic asset seeking motivation have a positive impact on China's OFDI,while efficiency seeking motivation and resource seeking motivation have a restraining effect on China's OFDI.In order to promote the deeper cooperation with other countries in the field of investment,it is necessary to rationally select the target host country and improve the investment risk prevention and guarantee mechanism.
