摘要
[目的/意义]文章探究智能推荐环境下移动社交媒体用户隐私风险感知的影响因素和作用机理,旨在推动移动社交媒体的健康发展,规范智能推荐服务的管理和用户隐私保护。[方法/过程]通过知乎问答平台搜集数据,利用扎根理论方法进行三级编码,构建了智能推荐环境下移动社交媒体用户隐私风险感知影响机理的理论模型。[结果/结论]隐私保护环境、智能推荐特征、用户特征对隐私风险感知有直接影响,智能推荐特征对隐私担心和感知精准度产生影响并进而影响隐私风险感知。研究结果可为政府、移动社交媒体平台、用户提供参考,具有理论和实践意义。
[Purpose/significance]This study investigates influencing factors and mechanisms of perceived privacy risks by mobile social media users in the context of intelligent recommendation,aiming at promoting healthy development of mobile social media,and regulating the management of intelligent recommendation services and user privacy protection.[Method/process]The data is collected through the Zhihu Q&A platform.Grounded theory is employed to conduct three levels of coding.The theoretical model of influencing mechanism of perceived privacy risks by mobile social media users in the context of intelligent recommendation is developed.[Result/conclusion]Privacy protection environment,intelligent recommendation features,and user features directly impact privacy risk perception.Meanwhile,intelligent recommendation features affect privacy concern and perceived accuracy,which further impact privacy risk perception.The results of this research provide references for governments,mobile social media platforms,and users,having theoretical and practical implications.
