“五育并举”背景下激发学生学习动机探究——以上海外国语大学德语系为例

摘要 以上海外国语大学贤达经济人文学院德语系创建的课外学习小组为例,探讨激发学生学习动机的实施路径。上海外国语大学贤达经济人文学院德语系在“五育并举”的背景下,创建课外学习小组,学生强、中、弱结合,互帮互助,开展丰富多彩的第二课堂。研究表明,课外学习小组的创建有利于激发大学生学习动机,提高综合素质,对促进他们德智体美劳全面发展起着积极作用。 Taking the extra-curricular learning group established by the German Department of Xianda College of Shanghai International Studies University as an example,this paper discusses the implementation path of stimulating students'learning motivation.Under the background of"five education at the same time",the German Department of Xianda College of Shanghai International Studies University has set up extra-curricular learning groups,and students combine the strong with the weak,help each other,carry out a colorful second class,stimulate the learning motivation of college students,and significantly improve the comprehensive quality of students.The research shows that the establishment of extra-curricular study groups is conducive to stimulating college students'learning motivation and plays an important role in promoting their all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical,beauty and labor.
