摘要
教师的教育自觉意味着教师为实现教育目标和自我价值而积极觉知教育活动,并发挥主体作用。通过对三全育人视角下的教育自觉及其作用的探究,提出高校教师教育自觉的培育策略,为促进高校教师教育自觉提供一些参考。
Teachers'educational consciousness means that teachers are actively aware of educational activities and play a principal role in order to realize their educational goals and self-values.From the perspective of"three complete educations",this paper analyzes the role of college teachers education consciousness and cultivation strategies,in order to provide some reference for the promotion of College Teachers Education Consciousness.
