应用型大学辅导员深度辅导专业化的“四重保障”法

The“Four Guarantee”Method of Counselors’In-depth Counseling Specialization in Application-oriented Universities

深度辅导是高校辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的重要途径,能准确把握学生的思想特点和发展诉求,既促进学生健康成长,又促进学生个性化发展,符合新时代人才多元化发展的需求。应用型大学深度辅导工作虽然取得了一些成果,但是专业化建设任重道远,在规范性、精准性、时效性和实效性方面还存在一些问题。通过问题成因分析,从制度保障、信息资源保障、反馈通道保障、分层辅导保障方面提出了深度辅导工作的“四重保障”法,促进辅导员提高深度辅导工作的专业化水平。

In-depth counseling,an important way for college counselors to carry out ideological and political education,makes it possible to accurately understand the ideological characteristics and development demands of students,promote their healthy growth and personalized development,and meet the needs of diversified development of talents in the new era.Although the in-depth counseling work in application-oriented universities has made some achievements,there is still a long way to go for professional construction,and there are still some problems in terms of standardization,accuracy,timeliness and effectiveness.Through the cause analysis of those problems,the“four guarantee”method of in-depth counseling work is proposed from the aspects of system guarantee,information resource guarantee,feedback channel guarantee and hierarchical counseling guarantee,so as to promote the counselors to improve their professional level of in-depth counseling work.
