摘要
为改善沥青路面材料在道路长期使用过程中的使用性能,本文选用玄武岩集料代替部分石灰岩集料,探究40%掺量玄武岩集料沥青混合料对改善路面抗滑性能和水稳定性的影响。结果表明,当采用AC-16型级配设计、最佳油石比为4.6%时;沥青混合料残留稳定度和冻融劈裂强度比均大于90%以上,摆值和构造深度满足抗滑性能要求,具有较好的水稳定性和抗滑性能。最后对施工工艺进行研究,有效提高公路施工效率和质量。
In order to improve the performance of asphalt pavement materials in the long-term use of roads,it is to select basalt aggregate instead of part of limestone aggregate,and explore the influence of 40%basalt aggregate asphalt mixture on the improvement of pavement skid resistance and water stability.The results show that when AC-16 grade design is adopted and the optimal oil-stone ratio is 4.6%.The residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of asphalt mixture are more than 90%,and the swing value and structure depth meet the requirements of anti-sliding properties,and have good water stability and anti-sliding properties.Finally,the construction technology is studied to effectively improve the highway construction efficiency and quality.
