汽车密封性能与整车集成性能的关系研究

摘要 汽车密封性能是考察汽车整车在动态和静态两种状态下,防御外部环境污染物入侵的一项重要指标。其性能不仅包括整车内外泄漏路径上的密封性,还包括发动机舱和底盘各子系统的密封性能。国内外的各汽车研发机构研究提高汽车整车密封性能,逐渐成为定义汽车整体性能的一项重要指标,也是汽车工业领域研究的趋势。文中通过对汽车密封性能与整车集成性能的关系研究,对提高整车集成性能,尤其对NVH(Noise、Vibration、Harshness,噪声、振动与声振粗糙度)改善方面起到重要作用,对提高汽车的驾驶舒适度有很大的帮助。 The sealing performance of automobile is an important index to investigate the defense against the invasion of pollutants from the external environment of the whole vehicle in both dynamic and static states.Its performance includes not only the sealing on the internal and external leakage paths of the whole vehicle,but also the sealing performance of the engine compartment and various subsystems of the chassis.This paper investigates the relationship between the sealing performance of the automobile and the integrated performance of the whole vehicle,which plays an important role in the improvement of integrated performance of the whole vehicle,especially in the improvement of noise,vibration and acoustic vibration roughness,and is of great help in the enhancement of the driving comfort of the automobile.
