摘要
建立了齿轮成形磨削热源分布模型,基于热源分布模型对ABAQUS软件进行了二次开发,实现了热源加载。分析了齿轮稳定磨削阶段沿齿廓、齿宽和沿齿深3个方向结点的温度场分布状况,结果表明,沿不同方向温度的不均匀分布导致轮齿在磨削后存在一定的残余热变形。
This paper establishes a heat source distribution model for gear profile grinding and carries out secondary development of the ABAQUS software to implement heat source loading.The temperature field distribution of the nodes along the tooth profile,tooth width,and tooth depth directions during the stable grinding phase of the gear is analyzed.The results indicate that the uneven distribution of temperatures along different directions leads to certain residual heat deformation in the gear after grinding.
