This paper introduces the bolt connection characteristics of rail transit vehicles,analyzes the main factors causing the dispersion of bolt preload,and studies the influence of tightening tools,tightening process,friction coefficient and other factors on the accuracy of preload by using single variable test method.The measures to improve the accuracy of bolt preload are put forward to provide support for the improvement of bolt connection quality.
