摘要
架桥机在架设双层预制U型梁时,若采用梁上运输方案,运梁车如何在下层梁面走行至架桥机天车的提梁位置是一个施工难点。文中针对印度某地铁线路的实际工况,介绍了某导梁的结构组成和施工流程,说明了该设备在架设双层预制U型梁过程中的作用;并通过有限元软件Midas NFX计算了导梁在4种主要工况下的强度和刚度,以确保施工的安全可靠性。
When the bridge erecting machine erects a double-layer prefabricated U-shaped beam,if the beam transportation scheme is adopted,how to travel the beam transport vehicle on the lower beam surface to the position of the beam lifting crane of the bridge erecting machine is a construction difficulty.According to the actual working conditions of a subway line in India,this paper introduces the structural composition and construction process of a guide beam,and explains the role of the equipment in the process of erecting a double-layer prefabricated U-beam.The strength and stiffness of the guide beam under four main working conditions are calculated using the finite element software Midas NFX to ensure the safety and reliability of the construction.
