摘要
针对生产设备受限、生产效率低、辊芯生产成本高的问题,研究了阴极辊辊芯装焊件铜堵板、钢堵板的批量加工工艺方法。根据铜堵板、钢堵板的设计要求及结构特点,开展了专项技术创新与工艺改进。改进后生产效率大幅提高,保证了铜堵板和钢堵板装配时的合格率达到100%。不仅节约了生产成本,还保证了装配孔位置的合格率。
In view of the problems of limited production equipment,low production efficiency and high production cost of roller core,this paper studies the batch processing method of copper plug plate and steel plug plate of cathode roller core weldments.According to the design requirements and structural characteristics of copper plugging plate and steel plugging plate,special technological innovation and process improvement are carried out.After the improvement,the production efficiency is greatly improved,and the pass rate of copper and steel plug plate assembly is guaranteed to reach 100%.It not only saves production costs,but also ensures the qualified rate of assembly hole positions.
