伊犁河谷矿山生态修复优先度评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决伊犁河谷存在的大量废弃矿山问题,本文探讨伊犁河谷矿山生态修复方法,促进生态保护和经济发展协同共进。优选伊犁河谷国土空间规划、矿产资源规划、矿山占地、矿山地质灾害等要素评价指标,依据层次分析法将矿山生态修复优先度评价单元分为矿山开发占地与环境背景2个尺度,通过叠加运算和空间插值实现不同尺度的继承和细化,整体把握评价体系的尺度和精度,构建伊犁河谷多尺度矿山生态修复优先度评价体系。根据评价结果和实地调查,筛选伊宁市和察布查尔锡伯自治县2处矿山生态修复优先区,总面积约641km2;筛选霍城县、伊宁县等6处矿山生态修复一般区,总面积约677 km2。本文的评价指标体系及结果可为矿山生态修复和土地复垦提供参考。 In order to solve the problem of large amount of abandoned mines left in Yili River Valley,this paper discusses the ecological restoration of mines in the Yili River Valley to promote the coordinated progress between ecological protection and economic development.The territorial space planning,mineral resources planning,mine land occupation,mine geological disasters and other factors of Yili River Valley are selected as the evaluation indicators.Analytic hierarchy process has been used to divide the priority evaluation units into two scales which are mine development land occupation and environmental background.By overlaying calculation and spatial interpolation to achieve inheritance and refinement between different scales,and comprehensively grasping the scale and accuracy of the evaluation system,Yili River Valley multi-scale mine ecological restoration priority evaluation system is constructed.According to the evaluation results and field survey,two priority areas for mine ecological restoration in Yining City and Chabuchar County are selected,with a total area of 641km2.Six general areas of mine ecological restoration in Huocheng County,Yining County and other places are screened,with a total area of 677 km2.The evaluation index system and results established in this paper provide a basis for ecological restoration and land reclamation in mines.
