Evidence summary for the maintenance of the dressing of Central Venous Catheter in children

目的:评价和总结儿童中心静脉导管敷贴维护的相关证据,为临床实践提供参考。方法:系统检索国内外儿童中心静脉导管敷贴维护的相关文献,并对纳入文献进行质量评价和资料提取,并结合专业人员的判断,进行证据汇总。结果:共纳入7篇文献,其中2篇指南、2篇证据总结、1篇推荐实践、1篇系统评价、1篇专家共识,从儿童中心静脉导管敷贴选择、固定和更换3个方面汇总18条证据。结论:儿童中心静脉导管敷贴维护的证据汇总可为提高临床中心静脉导管敷贴维护的规范性实践提供循证依据,以降低儿童中心静脉导管并发症的发生,提高临床护理质量。

Objective:To evaluate and summarize the relevant evidence related to the maintenance of the dressing of Central Venous Catheter in children and provide reference for clinical practice.Methods:We systematically searched domestic and foreign guide websites,professional associations,and databases for evidence related to the maintenance of the dressing of Central Venous Catheter in children.The quality evaluation and data extraction of the included literature were carried out independently by four researchers,and the evidence was summarized according to the judgment of professionals.Results:A total of 7 literatures were included,including 2 guidelines,2 evidence summaries,1 recommended practice,1 systematic review,and 1 expert consensus.Totally 18 pieces of evidence were collected from three aspects:selection,fixation and replacement of the dressing of Central Venous Catheter in children.Conclusion:The evidence summary for the maintenance of the dressing of Central Venous Catheter in children can provide evidence-based basis for improving the standardization of the dressing of Central Venous Catheter application,so as to reduce the occurrence of complications of Central Venous Catheter in children.
