结直肠癌生存者重返工作的现状调查及影响因素分析

Status quo and influencing factors of returning to work in colorectal cancer survivors

目的:调查结直肠癌生存者重返工作的现状并探讨其影响因素,为促进其重返工作提供理论依据。方法:采用方便抽样方法,选取2021年12月至2022年7月在杭州市某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院的门诊复查的281例结直肠癌生存者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版MD安德森症状评估量表胃肠道肿瘤模块、社会影响量表及工作能力支持量表进行调查。结果:结直肠癌生存者重返工作岗位的有180例(64.06%),Logistic回归分析结果显示,社会影响量表得分(OR=0.89,95%CI:0.81~0.99)、重返工作能力(OR=1.14,95%CI:1.02~1.28)、工作意愿(OR=1.14,95%CI:1.02~1.28)、亲友支持(OR=31.13,95%CI:5.29~183.06)、雇主联系(OR=11.94,95%CI:2.28~62.38)是结直肠癌生存者重返工作结局的影响因素。结论:医护人员应正确评估结直肠癌生存者的身心状况和重返工作的能力,促进家庭、单位、社会等多方面的环境提高,帮助其树立信心并积极重返工作。

Objective:To investigate the status quo of returning to work and its related factors in colorectal cancer survivors,and to provide theoretical reference for promoting their return to work.Methods:A convenient sampling with 281 colorectal cancer survivors were included from the outpatients at a tertiary grade A tumor specialized hospital in Hangzhou from December 2021 to July 2022.The patient general information questionnaire,the Chinese Version of the MD Anderson Symptom Inventory-Gastrointestinal Cancer Module,Social Impact Scale and The Work-ability Support Scale were used to collect data.Results:Totally 180 survivors(64.06%)of colorectal cancer had returned to work,the results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that the score of Social Impact Scale(OR=0.89,95%CI:0.81-0.99),work-ability(OR=1.14,95%CI:1.02-1.28),willingness to work(OR=1.14,95%CI:1.02-1.28),supports from families and friends(OR=31.13,95%CI:5.29-183.06),employer contacting(OR=11.94,95%CI:2.28-62.38)were associated with the outcome of whether return-to-work.Conclusion:Medical staff should correctly assess the physical and mental condition of colorectal cancer survivors and their ability to return to work,and more supports from the families,workplaces and the society are expected to,help survivors build confidence and actively return to work.
