压力控制容量保证通气在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Pressure Control Volume Assurance Ventilation in Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery Patients

目的:探讨压力控制容量保证通气在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年9月—2023年5月定州市人民医院收治的全身麻醉气管插管下妇科腹腔镜手术治疗患者60例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组实施容量控制机械通气模式,观察组实施压力控制容量保证通气模式,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组气道峰值压、气道平台压和平均气道压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意(P<0.001);观察组围麻醉期呼吸相关并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006);观察组复苏室呼吸支持时间、拔管时间和复苏室停留时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:压力控制容量保证通气模式能有效降低妇科腹腔镜患者围麻醉期气道压力,减少呼吸机相关并发症,促进患者麻醉恢复。

Objective:To explore the application value of pressure control volume assurance ventilation in gynecological laparo⁃scopic surgery.Methods:Sixty patients treated with gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia under tracheal in⁃tubation in Dingzhou People's Hospital from September 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were di⁃vided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The con⁃trol group implemented volume mechanical ventilation mode,and the observation group implemented pressure control volume as⁃surance ventilation mode.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The peak airway pressure,plateau airway pressure and mean airway pressure in observation group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.001);The incidence of respiratory related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006);The respiratory support time,extubation time and residence time of resuscitation room in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Pressure control volume assurance ventilation mode can effectively reduce the airway pressure during peri⁃anaesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic patients,reduce ventilator related complications,and promote the anesthesia recovery of patients.
