环酯红霉素干混悬剂联合黄龙止咳颗粒治疗小儿支气管炎的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Erythromycin Cycloester Dry Suspension Combined with Huanglong Zhike Granules in the Treatment of Bronchitis in Children

目的:观察小儿支气管炎患儿应用环酯红霉素干混悬剂联合黄龙止咳颗粒治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月湛江市妇幼保健院门诊收治的小儿支气管炎患儿302例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各151例。对照组采用环酯红霉素干混悬剂治疗,观察组采用环酯红霉素干混悬剂联合黄龙止咳颗粒治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014);观察组咳嗽、啰音、气喘、鼻塞流涕消除时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组白细胞计数、C反应蛋白水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿支气管炎采用环酯红霉素干混悬剂与黄龙止咳颗粒联合治疗,可快速消除咳嗽、鼻塞等临床症状,有利于改善机体炎性反应,促进疾病尽早康复。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of erythromycin cycloester dry suspension combined with Huanglong Zhike granule in the treatment of children with bronchitis.Methods:A total of three hundred and two children with bronchitis admitted to the department of outpatient of Zhanjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were select⁃ed as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with one hundred and fifty-one cases in each group.The control group was treated with erythromycin cycloester dry sus⁃pension,and the observation group was treated with erythromycin cycloester dry suspension combined with Huanglong Zhike granules.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014);The elimination time of cough,rales,asthma and nasal congestion in observation group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,the scores of cough,sputum and wheezing were decreased in both groups,and the obser⁃vation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the white blood cell count and C-reactive protein level of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the con⁃trol group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of erythromycin cycloester suspension and Huanglong Zhike granules in children with bronchitis can quickly eliminate cough,nasal congestion and other clinical symptoms,which is conducive to improving the inflammatory response of the body and promoting the early recovery of the disease.
