中药热奄包配合四黄散治疗慢性和急性盆腔炎的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effects of Hot Herbal Compress Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Si Huang San Decoction in Treating Chronic and Acute Pelvic inflammatory Disease

目的:探究中药热奄包配合四黄散治疗慢性和急性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年3月云浮市云安区中医院接受诊疗的慢性和急性盆腔炎患者74例为观察对象,根据治疗方法不同分为参照组(n=30)与观察组(n=44)。参照组采用中药热奄包治疗,观察组采用中药热奄包配合四黄散治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、疼痛评分,盆腔包块直径、盆腔积液量,临床症状改善时间,临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组中医证候积分、疼痛评分均下降,观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组盆腔包块直径、盆腔积液量均下降,观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组下腹坠胀、下腹痛、白带异常、腰骶酸痛改善时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。结论:慢性和急性盆腔炎经中药热奄包配合四黄散治疗效果显著,联合方案能显著改善患者临床症状,缓解疼痛,促进盆腔积液吸收。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of hot herbal compress Therapy together with Si Huang San Decoction in the treatment of chronic and acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:74 patients with chronic and acute pelvic inflammato⁃ry disease who were treated in Yun'an District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to March 2023 were se⁃lected for the study,and were divided into the reference group(n=30)and the observation group(n=44)according to the different therapies.The reference group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot herbal compress therapy,and the observation group was treated with hot herbal compress therapy combined with Si Huang San Decoction.The two groups were compared in terms of syndrome scores of traditional Chinese medicine,pain scores,pelvic mass diameter,pelvic fluid volume,clinical symptom alleviating time,and therapeutic effect.Results:Syndrome scores of traditional Chinese medicine and pain scores of the two groups after the treatment decreased,and the observation group were lower than the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);the diameter of pelvic masses and the amount of pelvic fluid in the two groups after treatment decreased,and the observation group was lower than the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);and the alleviat⁃ing times for lower abdominal distension,lower abdominal pain,leukorrhea abnormalities,and lumbosacral soreness were shorter in the observation group than those of the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).Conclusion:hot herbal compress therapy together with Si Huang San Decoction could really help women with chronic and acute pelvic inflammatory diseases;the combination could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,allevi⁃ate the pain,and promote the absorption of pelvic effusion.
