西药联合黄芪建中汤辨证加减治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Western Medicine Combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on Syndrome Differentiation of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Cold Type Gastric Ulcer

目的:探讨西药联合黄芪建中汤辨证加减治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取2020年9月—2022年12月苍溪县陵江镇中心卫生院收治的脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者104例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各52例。对照组应用常规西药治疗方案,研究组在对照组基础上应用黄芪建中汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血清炎性因子指标、症状评分、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);两组患者C反应蛋白、降钙素原、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组患者腹痛、饥饿痛、餐后痛评分均降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:黄芪建中汤加减治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者,可增强治疗效果,控制患者病情和炎性反应,不会增加不良反应发生风险。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of western medicine combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treat⁃ment of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type gastric ulcer.Methods:A total of one hundred and four patients with gastric ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type treated in Guangyuan Cangxi County Lingjiang Town Central Health Center from September 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with fifty-two cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on the basis of control group.The therapeu⁃tic effect,serum inflammatory factor index,symptom score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002);The levels of C-reactive protein,procalcitonin and tumor necrosis factor-αwere decreased in 2 groups,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001);After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,hunger pain,and postprandial pain in both groups of patients decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion:In the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type gastric ul⁃cer patients,Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction can enhance the therapeutic effect,control the patient's condition and inflammatory re⁃action,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
